It is an Vertical CNC Engraving Diamond Tool.
It works at 60,000 RPM to 25,000 RPM sprindle. The product gives good performance at 60,000 RPM and optimum performance at 25,000 RPM.
The product is made in Natural and Monocrystal (6 Element) Diamond.
The standard size of the tool length is 40mm.
Standard Shank size is 6mm and also we make as per customers requirement i.e. 4mm and 5mm.
The Shank of the CNC Diamond Tool is made from HSS material.

In CNC Diamond Tool designs are
Point, Ball, Circle Tool, Engraving Tool.
Engraving Tool - 0.2mm to 4mm

Price of the CNC Tool depends upon the material requested by the customer i.e. Natural or Monocrystal and Monocrystal 6 Element.

We also undertake the repairing and repolishong of CNC Diamond Tools.
